Buddies of NJ Invite All to Luncheon in Honor of National Transgender Awareness Day

On Saturday, November 19 in Teaneck, New Jersey, Buddies of NJ, Inc. and St. Paul's Lutheran Church invite all clients, family, friends and community supporters to a free lunch and presentation in honor of National Transgender Awareness Day.

"This year's Transgender Day of Rememberance aims to honor all transgender people by tearing down stigma and standing in solidarity with the whole North Jersey communities in remembering those we have lost to senseless violence, bigotry, intolerance, and hate," write organizers.

A presentation on "Deepening Wisdom," will be given by Alvin Kingcade, PAC, a Physician Assistant and Clinical Director at PMHC Care Clinic, Philadelphia, PA. The consultant is a paid speaker for Janssen Therapeutics. For more information, call 201-290-1539.
