Jennifer Holliday Returns to P-Town for Three Shows at the Crown

And she Is telling you.... She's coming back to Provincetown!

Broadway superstar Jennifer Holliday will be taking her glorious soulful pipes to Provincetown for three performances at the landmark Crown & Anchor Inn. Her appearance marks the second installment of the venue's 2015 Broadway Series that will feature a bevy of luminaries from the Great White Way. Holliday will perform at 8:00 p.m. on Monday July 5, 6 and 7.

After nearly a 20 year absence, Jennifer Holliday, Broadway's Original Dreamgirl, is heading back to the tip of Cape Cod with her three-piece band and brand new act! Don't miss this Tony and Grammy Award winner's big soulful voice that is sure to blow the roof off of the Crown and Anchor this Fourth of July weekend!

An international recording star, Jennifer Holliday burst onto the scene at the age of 21 as the original Effie in the musical "Dreamgirls," a role that earned her a Tony Award. Her signature song from the musical "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going" catapulted her to stardom, with a pop version of the song peaking at number one on the Billboard R&B chart.

Holliday became popular with LGBT fundraisers, which she acknowledged on her gospel album "On and On," and has appeared a countless LGBT pride and special events
