Only in Florida: Man Watching Gay Porn Arrested for Assaulting Passerby

A Florida man, who enjoys watching gay porn in his Honda Civic, was arrested and hit with a number of charges for assaulting a male passerby on Nov. 23, the Smoking Gun reports.

Phuc Kieu (no, that is not a typo) was watching gay porn in his car last Sunday when he allegedly attacked and pulled a male passerby into his vehicle. Kieu, 58, then straddled the man while trying to rip off the 21-year-old man's clothes.

The victim managed to escape Kieu and ran away while yelling, "Rapist!" according to a police report from the Gainesville Police Department.

According to police, Kieu "laid the driver's seat all the way back and proceeded to watch homosexual pornography on a portable DVD player" before jumping on the victim, punching him in the mouth and pulling him into his car, where Kieu allegedly "began to pull off his shirt, belt, and pants."

Kieu was slapped with a number of charges, including sexual assault, kidnapping and robbery without a weapon. He was hit with the robbery charge because Kieu allegedly stole the victim's backpack, which had $220 in cash the man withdrew from the ATM just before he was pulled in to the car.

Kieu is a Vietnamese immigrant who lives in Orlando and is currently being held in the Alachua County jail on a $150,000 bond for the three felony charges.
