UK Comic Challenges WBC to Protest in Iraq, Members Accept

Members of the Westboro Baptist Church have accepted an offer made by a British comedian, who challenged the "God Hates Fags" church to bring their protesting ways to Iraq, Gay Star News reports.

Adam Hills, the host of "The Last Leg," went off on the WBC this week, after the hate group announced plans to picket Robin Williams funeral, saying he is in hell for being a "fag enabler."

Hills took great offense to the hellishness of the WBC and said he would offer to pay a dozen of its members first class to Iraq to picket the extremist Islamists who behead Christians.

"If you really believe in standing up to those threatening the Christian way of life, Westboro Baptist Church, how about putting your money where your mouth is, taking a direct flight to Iraq and picketing the people threatening to behead Christians if they don't convert?" Hills said on the program.

He said if the WBC does accept the challenge, one of two things will happen:

"Either you'll die while defending your beliefs and you'll be carried away to heaven by a gold chariot to sit at the right hand of God for all eternity," he said. "Or, if I'm right, and I'm willing to bet a dozen first class flights that I am, God will be standing at the pearly gates alongside a 5 ft 8 hairy American comedian dressed as a middle aged Scottish nanny saying, 'Helllloooo.'"

He added: "And just when you think there's a chance that he might let you in, God will look back and say, 'Hey, not only do I love fags, but I fucking hate dicks.'"

Gay Star News points out that the WBC claims to have protested in Iraq before and that they accepted Hill's offer, saying he needs to shut up or "show us plane tickets."

The comedian said he will reply to the organization on his Friday show, which sparked the WBC to tweet, "Iraq here we come."

The WBC made headlines last week after saying they would picket Robin Williams' funeral for supporting the LGBT community. Gay Star News reports the late actor's funeral was kept "highly private in order to stop the Kansas church from picketing it."
